Protection of employees’ labor rights

This article discusses current issues of protection of the labor rights of employees violated during the conclusion of an employment contract. Since the duty of a modern legal state is not only to respect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, but also to protect them. The ways of protecting the rights of employees are revealed. Some proposals of norms for improving labor legislation on the issue under study are formulated.
