Protection of housing rights of servicemen and employees of the national guard troops of the Russian Federation through judicial (procedural) form

This article discusses the provision of housing rights of servicemen and employees of the national guard of the Russian Federation, as well as the most common problems of their practical implementation. The author analyzed the current legislation and materials of judicial practice on this issue and formulated conceptual conclusions. As a result of the study, it was found that the judicial form of protection of violated housing rights in relation to the military is one of the priorities, since it is the courts, acting independently and impartially, are able to resolve the dispute as effectively as possible.
