Protection: Right for trial in a reasonable time

Theme of this article are Articles of the Law on Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, which regulate a procedure of the protection of human rights and basic human freedom, in other words a right of submitting a Constitutional Appeal in regard to violation of constitutional right - right for trial in a reasonable time which is regulated with the Article 82, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, what was needed in order to harmonize the national system of human rights protection with the standards of protection deriving from the European Convention for Human Rights.
