Dependence of development of traumatic shock on structure and distribution of cranial-brain trauma

In this article, a study was carried out based on an analysis of the case histories of patients diagnosed with a traumatic shock for 2016-2017, who were on inpatient treatment in the trauma department of the First RSC of the Ministry of Health of the Ural District of the closed craniocerebral trauma. It studied its structure, prevalence, dependence on traumatic shock. After the analysis of the data, regularities were established: cases with closed craniocerebral trauma increase year by year, average age of patients decreases and more often the clinic is complicated by traumatic shock. The degree and course of shock depends on the severity of this trauma.
