Healthy lifestyle - prevention of acute respiratory viral infections

The article examines the impact of healthy lifestyle on the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections in various age groups. The study was conducted using questionnaires containing questions relating to lifestyle and health status of the person. Surveyed all 307 respondents. And it was found that people adhere to a healthy lifestyle among the respondents, more respondents (62, 21%) and the incidence is lower (on average 3 times a year) than people not sticking to a healthy lifestyle (4-5 times a year). In order to prove the goal, the article also was used for additional literature.
