Green economy: new vector of public-private partnership in Russia's breakthrough development

At present, both for the state and for business, an urgent task is to find a compromise between economic growth and the prevention of environmental degradation. A public-private partnership through the development of a green economy is capable of meeting this challenge. The article considers modern trends of green growth increasing energy efficiency of production, development of renewable energy, greening the economy, the use of industrial and household waste.
