Green logistics as part of the concept on shared responsibility

The need to rethink the approaches to the implementation of logistics functions under pressure of the imperative to protect the environment and increase the social responsibility of business structures determines the relevance of studying the directions of the transformation of logistics. The article considers the factors that contribute to the formation of the concept of common responsibility in the implementation of logistics operations and the conditions for its implementation. The analysis of scientific points of view and the systematization of scientific approaches to understanding the category of “green logistics” from a position of fragmentary and complex approaches to its etymology, allowed to reflect the author's vision of its content aspects and identify the main actors that contribute, while simultaneously influencing the development of green logistics. The paper specifies that the possibility of achieving quantitative and qualitative goals of logistics activities is provided through the synthesis of economic, social and environmental components that form the green logistics contour. Consolidation unity of interaction of these components provides resource-saving technologies. On the basis of the analysis, the structural and functional characteristics of green logistics have been formed, which include objects, subjects and management processes, the scope of application of logistics activities, applied technologies and regulatory instruments, directions of environmental impact and results of its application.
