Green" financing in Russia: problems and directions of development

In the current period, the issues of the formation and development of "green" financing, ensuring the achievement of sustainable development goals and the formation of the foundations of a "green" economy, are being updated. The paper presents trends reflecting the dynamics of changes in the volume of financing for environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, the development of financial instruments in the field of "green" economy, the specifics of the formation of "green" finance, as well as the directions of their development.
