Differences in labor intensity and intensity of land use lead as areas of significant fluctuations of the value of production (by 1 ha - 20-25 times, at 1 person 10-12 times). As a result, the difference in incomes of the population reaches 500%. Review by korelâcionno-regressionyj analysis of influence parameters of land-property complex showed that the greatest results of production associated with the parameters of real estate, and especially land. Therefore, the formation and development of land and property settings (economic substructure) is one of the most important tasks to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of agricultural production.
