Land resources and management of land resources as the economic-legal categories

The urgency of the theme of the article bases on the necessity of searching of generic term for denotation of the object of land relations and the process of influence on them from a state. «Land» is the main term used in this aspect. The terms «land plot» and «land fond» also are using for denotation of the object of land relations but no one of them seems very suitable. It the end of the article the perspectivity of using of the term «land resources» for denotation of the object of land relations is stated, its dignities are mentioned, its original definition is given. Also the definition of management of land resources as the economic-legal category is given.
