Land resources of Krasnoyarsk region and their use

The research objective is to analyse current state and to reveal the factors interfering the increasing of the efficiency of using land resources in agriculture of Krasnoyarsk Region. According to specified research objective the following tasks are solved: the changes in the content and structure of land resources in Krasnoyarsk Region are considered; the assessment of the level of land using in agriculture is carried out; the factors influencing the level of efficiency of land resources using in the branch are revealed. Up to nowadays there has been continuous reduction of lands of agricultural purpose due to their transfer to other categories for expansion and construction of settlements, the objects of industry, transport, communication etc., for other needs. On the other hand, the areas of not used farmland increase. At the same time the efficiency of land resources using in agriculture decreases. A number of factors have the impact on the level of land resources using. In particular, there is a continuous reduction of number of agricultural organizations that, in turn, leads to the outflow of highly qualified personnel from rural areas. For considerable part of agricultural producers low technical equipment causing the increase in terms of work and a shortage of a crop is typical. The disparity of the prices of industrial means of production and production of agriculture promoted the growth of cost of products of branch and decrease production economic efficiency. The problem of increasing the efficiency of using land resources in agriculture has complex character. It has to be solved at different levels - from producers of agricultural production to legislative and executive bodies of the power of the regions and the Russian Federation in general.
