Land control and supervision

This article examines the doctrinal positions on the definition and relationship of the concepts of "supervision" and "control". The doctrine of land law does not have a unified approach to the issue under consideration. The article also States that ensuring law and order in the land area depends on the Prosecutor's supervision.
