In the work on examples in the Crimea it is shown that deep hydrogen plays the role of the main energy carrier, providing the generation of seismic waves. The upward movements of hydrogen are concentrated in places of increased fracturing, where the rise of mineral masses occurs, in particular at continental-oceanic boundaries. Earthquakes are part of a single paragenesis of nuclear processes, which appears as a combination of hydrogen oxidation products – anomalies in the temperature of the surface layer of the air, its humidity, fogs and clouds, as well as a deficit in the total amount of ozone in the atmosphere.
