The land use planning support are a necessary condition for replacement of current institute of categories of lands on territorial zoning

The article discusses the legislative initiative to deny from the land categories, in particular, the question of what kind of land survey work required for its implementation. For example, areas of agricultural land, which should replace the appropriate category, considered three aspects: the establishment of the boundaries of such areas, the inclusion of land and development of these areas of agricultural regulations. The author shows that the implementation of the legislative initiative is premature, because, given the available technology and the actual material will require considerable time and cost for the relevant work.
