Land, land plot and parts of land plots as objects of land legal relations (part 1. Land)

The article provides a comprehensive, systematic study of the objects of land relations listed in Article 6 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation: land as a natural object and resource, land plots and parts of land plots. The structure of the article is divided into three parts. The first part consists of an introduction, which describes the relevance and expediency of researching the topic as a whole. And the analysis of the first of the above - mentioned objects of land relations - land is also carried out. It is concluded that land from a legal point of view can be understood in three meanings (aspects) - as an object of nature (one of the components of the natural environment), as an object of use or management (i.e. as a natural resource) and as an object of ownership (i.e. as an object of various property and other rights to land). At the same time, within the framework of the first part, an analysis of the land as an object of nature and an object of use (management) is given in more detail.
