Land, land plot and parts of land plots as objects of land legal relations (part 2. Land plot)

The article provides a comprehensive, systematic study of the objects of land relations listed in Article 6 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation: land as a natural object and resource, land plots and parts of land plots. The structure of the article is divided into three parts. In the second part of the article, an analysis of land plots is carried out. It is concluded that in order to be able to use the useful properties of the earth as a natural object and resource in human economic activity, it is necessary to isolate some specific part of it, setting its boundaries in a specific area and registering property rights to it within the established boundaries. Therefore, land as an object of ownership (or possession in a broad sense, i.e. the object of various property rights) actually appears in the form of a specific land plot, which means a part of the earth's surface that has the properties of an individually defined immovable thing.
