Genre stratification of English electronic lexicographical hypertext «The free dictionary»

The article deals with genre stratification of English electronic lexicographical hypertext «The Free Dictionary» (). The author comes to the conclusion that the information units of this encyclopedia are characterized by a wide variety of genres. The analysis is based on the study of the macrolevel and microlevel of the above mentioned electronic lexicographical hypertext.
