The integration expectations of the region and the problems of its infrastructural development are considered. In order to increase the stability of the region for environmental and economic risks it is necessary to diversify access to the seas. On the basis of constructed railway to Que-zyla and mainstream ideas Railway Chu-Fergana justified the creation of the road to Indian Ocean ports.
