A comparative analysis of ventricular extrasystole in patients suffering from gastric ulcer in the absence of any atherosclerotic heart disease. The obtained results showed that in the presence of ventricular extrasystole, initially there is a low quality of life of these patients, extrasystole occurs mainly at night and is prone to occur against the background of bradycardia. Effective drug of choice for edema in acute with obvious subjective intolerance of the arrhythmia, the occurrence of frequent extrasystoles polytopes and the lack of effect of bellataminalum and aminophylline tablets, in this situation can be allapinin, considering it as anti-arrhythmic and beta given action. Assessment of the dynamics of such indicators as the number of extrasystoles after treatment according to ECG monitoring and the quality of life of this group of patients demonstrated the effectiveness of allapinin in comparison with etatsizina.
