A female philosopher. The way of Hannah Arendt

Бесплатный доступ

In philosophy, men get the most fame, so the success in this field for women is especially noteworthy. Such a woman is Hannah Arend. On her path as a philosopher, she met many obstacles. She caught the Holocaust, fled from her homeland, was condemned by her own community, and people were more interested in her personal life than her works. Despite the censure of society and the illness she suffered, she did not stop working until her death, and received recognition, albeit posthumously. At the moment, the German Institute for Totalitarianism Research bears the name of Hannah Arendt.
