The feminine aspect in the problem of labor resources in villages of the Tyumen region (1965-1985)

The article is devoted to problems of women's participation in socio-economic life of the villages of the Tyumen region in 1965-1985. Major changes with the introduction of new agrarian reform in the mid 60-ies of XX century the system has undergone the use of human resources. The study of the women aspect in the problem of labor resources in rural areas is carried out on the basis of archival and published sources. The methodological basis of the conducted research were the principles of historicism and objectivity, systematic review of facts and phenomena, the statistical method and comparative analysis. Discusses the basic changes of the demographic processes in rural areas related to the development of the West Siberian oil and gas complex. Identifies the main changes in the quantitative composition of the female population related to migration flows in the Northern areas of the region. Analyzes the processes of transformation in the labour force of the village related to the involvement and increase the number of women in public production. Determined by the change in the nature and content of work of rural workers with vocational education. Considers the active participation of women in the agricultural sector of the economy. Conclusions about the specificity of women's work. The article points out the contradictions in the changing social status of women, manifested in the doubling of workload of women as a professional worker and mothers.
