Woman’s style of management

In the article the peculiarities of woman’s style of management are considered, motivation of the working activity, diplomacy and democracy were singled out; the comparative analyses of woman’s and man’s styles of management were held and gender differences in the administrative activity were exposed. Gender determines different manifestation of basic components and types of the individual style of management.
