The cruel or neglectful treatment of children is a typical display of violence in relation to children which can threaten a child’s survivability and have adverse effect on his physical, mental, emotional and sexual health that leads to deplorable consequences both from the point of view of society as a whole, and from the point of view of well-being of the future generation.
