Housing policy of Volosovsky municipal district of Leningrad region

The article is devoted to the analysis of housing policy at the municipal level. This analysis was carried out using the example of the Volosovsky municipal district of the Leningrad region. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the housing policy of the municipality largely depends on the goals set by the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the Volosov municipal district is not engaged in the purposeful implementation of housing policy, but increases the level of housing in accordance with the program for the sustainable development of the municipality.
