Housing saving co-operative societies: the right to the life

In article, it is a question of a demand of work of housing saving co-operative societies both in Republic Bashkortostan, and in the Russian market of the real estate as a whole. The author opens high lights of activity such co-operative societies as noncommercial organization, which solves problems of members of co-operative society. In addition, the moments complicating realization by co-operative society of the activity that is connected with acceptance of the Federal law from December 30, 2004 № 215 «About housing saving co-operative societies» are reflected.
