Life and important interests of the Russian Federation in the food sector

One of the strategic directions of the functioning of any modern state is to ensure its national security, including security in the food sector. An analysis of the food situation in Russia allows us to conclude that the volume of food produced in the country does not cover the needs and does not even reach the legislatively established standards, the quality of food products is inferior to foreign analogues, the volume of imports far exceeds exports. This determines the relevance of research and ensuring the vital interests of the Russian Federation in the food sector.
