This article discusses the results of the research orientation of meaning, of life's meaning and value of the person with addiction compared to people who do not use drugs. It is stated that for people without drug dependence is characterized by the presence of the goals aimed at the future, emotional richness and fullness of the meaning of this life, the process of life satisfaction and satisfaction with the process of selfrealization. Persons with drug dependence is characterized by disappointment in past life events, shame for the events, and an appeal to the memories of the past. The system senses meaningful life is the conviction that life goes on, life plans are not feasible, life is not subject to personal control. The predominant hedonistic meaning of life, the desire to produce momentary pleasure, avoidance of problem-solving, decision-life the way it is. Priority position occupied status meanings, not actualized the need to achieve a higher status position. At the level of normative ideals of the dominant values of "stimulation" is not associated with a desire for a change in personality; the value of the "achievements", do not focus on self-realization and personal success. In conclusion, the article concludes that addicts personality characterized by reference to values of a hedonistic and egocentric self-affirmation.
