Life balance as a factor "happiness" of young specialists

In the modern conditions of global digitization of society and the economy, high demands are placed on the level of qualifications and achievements of enterprise specialists. At the same time, the task of providing “happiness” for this category of workers in order to increase their involvement in the labor process becomes especially important. This article attempts to establish a relationship between visualization of goals with the help of the Wheel of balance and the achievement of “happiness” through an adequate assessment of personal characteristics in any field and setting goals with the ability to monitor personal progress.
