Magazines "Russkaya zhizn", "Russkij pioner" and "Snob": presequisites of outputting the new edition type

The aim of the article is to determine the attributes uniting three contemporary Russian magazines(“Russkaya Zhizn”, “Russkij Pioner”, “Snob”) as a new edition type. The article maintains that thistype is “Russian intellectual magazine” and designates the similarities between these magazines intheir conception, structure, readership and choice of genres.
