In article data on average monthly intensity of water flow in r.Vilyui and r. Lena in closing abstruction points, accordingly, at s.Khatyryk-Homo and s. Kyusyur in natural and inregulated conditions are resulted. Presence of synchronism of fluctuations of winter average charges for years of simultaneous observation on r. Lena at s. Kyusyur and r. Vilyui at s. Khatyryk-Homo after creation the Bilyui hydroelectric power station is established. Correlation factor for the winter period of 1975-1997 years (inregulated regime of r. Vilyui) was ч=0,74.
