Topical problems of the Russian antinarcotic policy

The article considers the process of expansion of consumption of new kinds of narcotics and psychoactive substances (including smoking mixes), and also non medical consumption of means containing psychoactive substances with respect to which the control measures aren't established. The author analyses the latest changes introduced by the legislator into the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
