Abuse of officers and exceedance of officers: criminal law characteristic

This article discusses the main criminal law aspects of abuse and abuse of power. After analyzing the judicial practice, it can be noted that today there is a low percentage of detection of crimes of the group in question, and besides, considerable difficulties for the subjects of interpretation of the law are the delimitation of related offenses from each other, taking into account the rules of qualification for the emergence of competition of criminal law norms. These circumstances explain the relevance of the chosen topic for the study.
