Violation of the labour legislation by an employee

The article deals with the issue of understanding the term violation of legislation. Features and forms of such a breach on the part of an employee are considered, examples of judicial practice when employee’s abuse was approved or disapproved are given. The author comes to the conclusion that Labour Code of the Russian Federation needs to be improved.
