The importance of adaptive physical culture in rehabilitation of disabled children

Adaptive physical culture is an important component of the whole rehabilitation system for disabled children, which necessitates its constant update and modernization in accordance with society needs. This article discusses the features of adaptive physical culture lessons organization in the conditions of sanatorium treatment, presents the results of a survey of children with disabilities about the role and functions of adaptive physical culture in the process of their rehabilitation. We have made conclusions about the need to combine adaptive physical culture classes with medical and psychological rehabilitation means, which enhances the effect of the complex impact on the child's body.
