The value of the target programs of the federal budget of the Russian Federation

Target programs are one of the most important means of implementation of structural policy of the state, active influence on the socio-economic development and should be focused on the implementation of large-scale, the most important for the state investment and scientific-technical projects aimed at solving systemic problems within the competence of the Federal bodies of Executive power.
