The importance of additional educational paths in the vocational guidance of young people

The paper deals with the scientific and practical importance of supplementary education system for the professional formation of young people. Modern structurization of professional movement allows to designate tasks for formation of strategic competences of society's labor potential on the basis of age periodization. From the perspective of social reproduction of the aggregate properties of society's labor force, entrepreneurial activity is now gaining momentum across industries in search of "investment zones" as a stimulus for the innovative receptivity of personnel. The special place is given to the youth in the forthcoming period of scientific and technical development of society. The aim of the study is to summarize the experience of developing educational paths to ensure effective vocational guidance of young people. Today, the state is strengthening the importance of explanatory work among young people and is interested in creating conditions for the popularization of relevant professional competencies in a specific area of the national economy. Since the differentiation of elite and mass education has been formed over the past 20 years, the importance of youth adaptation to the dynamics of modern education is relevant. The authors summarized the experience of the orientation platforms of various groups according to age periodization for a professional start and the development of a conceptual model of youth education. The value of the vocational guidance of young people is clarified in that it encourages, stimulates the activity of the educational system for the reproduction of the rational structure of the productive forces of society. In order to form a rational educational potential of the region, due to the sixth technological mode, it is proposed to designate the base of vocational guidance from the standpoint of organizing new types of activities (jobs). The creation of centers (harbors) for professional educational consultations when choosing the direction of training is considered.
