The importance of physical education for future police officers

In this article, the concept, role and significance of physical education were investigated. In the given context, it is revealed that physical education promotes health, intellectual and physical, helps to develop skills that are extremely necessary in modern society for future employees of the Department of Internal Affairs. Physical education is an important category of social life, representing a specific sphere of social relations. It is also noted in the work that for future employees of the Department of Internal Affairs, physical activity and health care covers several aspects: socio - cultural, educational, health and social welfare aspects, sports culture and communication aspects, preventive aspect of social problems. Thus, physical education not only contributes to the formation of a healthy lifestyle among cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, but also has a significant impact on society as a whole, interacting with various spheres of social relations.
