In the context of ecology, the hermeneutic problems have arisen in relation to the disciplinary knowledge, the transition to multidisciplinarity. These problems are followed by the scientific and technological revolution results, the nature of the era, and the logic development of the methodological bases of ecology. There are the inseparable unity and relationship of universal components with essential, special, and individual ones between the philosophical and methodological approach to understanding and comprehension in the structure of thinking of environmental scientist and environmental expert. Understanding and interpretation are formed when the intra-linguistic context interacts with the non-linguistic situation within the scope of environmental activities. Hermeneutics is a tool for analyzing phenomenological approaches to understanding environmental and prognostic problems because these problems exist. Based on personal experience and knowledge, an ecologist should consciously apply the theoretical and empirical knowledge in practice. It implies the need to determine personal views and reliance on them in environmental practices. Scientific knowledge is a way of obtaining true knowledge focused on the comprehension of objective laws. Consequently, the natural science-related and methodological interpretation, as well as understanding, plays a pivotal role in the integrated study of environmental issues.
