The article examines the theoretical and practical problems of the participation of a teacher and a psychologist in legal proceedings with minors, as well as the results of a study conducted by the authors of the influence of quarantine measures, which were introduced in connection with outbreaks of the coronavirus pandemic, on the dynamics and leading directions of deviant behavior of minors. The authors made the conclusion about the importance of qualified and active help of a psychologist for solving a number of problems that arise during the various investigative actions with the participation of minors, as well as during the implementation of activities to prevent deviant behavior of persons of this age category. In addition, the authors put forward the thesis of the need to develop and comply with the qualification requirements for psychologists involved in the above-mentioned actions, so that this participation gives practical results, and is not carried out with the sole purpose of formal compliance with the requirements of criminal procedure legislation.
