The importance and role of physical training in the process of training an employee of the department of internal affairs

Currently, it is almost impossible to detect any components in the educational space that are not related to physical culture and sports, since physical culture and sports are generally recognized material and spiritual values of society as a whole and each individual, which is reflected both in the norms of law and in public relations in general. Physical training is an integral part of general and physical culture, ensuring the harmonious development of spiritual and physical strength, the formation of such universal values as health, physical perfection and psychophysical well - being, but at the same time has a number of features. In this article, an attempt will be made to consider these features through the prism of the training process of an ATS officer, since the activity itself is by its nature related to law enforcement, respectively, requiring certain skills and abilities.
