Importance of study of the ethnical identity and possible ways to shape it among teenagers within community organisations

The article focuses on psychologic and pedagogical aspects of shaping ethnical identity among teenagers belonging to community organisations. The authors emphasize the role of psychologic study conducted on the basis of community organisations in order to further carry on the successful impact of shaping such identity within the psychologic services of the said organisations.
