The value of ecological knowledge in the educational process

The article analyzes the problem of interaction between man and nature, emphasizes the urgency of this problem in the context of development of scientific-technical progress. The author captures the attention on the role of culture and environmental knowledge in overcoming ecological crisis. Each person needs to realize their responsibility for the present and future of the biosphere. Stressed the importance of developing environmental awareness and education of ecological culture. In this regard, the author notes the need to strengthen the role and importance of environmental education and create a culture of careful attitude to nature. Special attention is paid to the justification of the importance of the role of the state and society in formation of system of ecological education.
