The importance of crimes criminalistic classification related to the use of substandard medical equipment in determining the tactics of their investigation

There is no doubt that poor treatment is a danger for health. The use of substandard medical equipment during such treatment endangers not only the health, but also the life of the patient. Human life and health are indisputable values for society and the state. In this regard, one of the levels of their protection is criminal liability for poor-quality treatment and for the use of medical equipment unsuitable for treatment. The effectiveness of such protection depends entirely on how high-quality the investigation will be. The limits of such an investigation are determined, among other things, by the crime criminalistic classification. This classification also determines the limits of the investigation and the means to solve the tasks facing the investigator. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to determine the crimes criminalistic classification related to the use of substandard medical equipment. To achieve this goal, a set of methods and approaches was used, including the dialectical method, general scientific methods (synthesis and analysis, deduction and induction, etc.), special (forensic modeling, system-activity). We came to the conclusion that the crimes criminalistic classification has strong methodological importance for the investigation of crimes related to the use of substandard medical equipment.
