The features of molecular mechanisms of neoplastic progression (effectiveness of apoptosis, proliferative activity, expression of drug resistance marker) in children's osteogenic sarcoma were discovered in this research. Alterations in apoptosis rate and expression of P-glycoprotein have been detected in after chemotherapy. Significance of P-glycoprotein expression and apoptosis rate has been proved as prognostic factor for osteogenic sarcoma. The age and sex group with high and low rate of some markers of gender difference has been registered.
