Marketing communications are an integral and necessary element of the promotion system of any commercial organization. Currently, they are designed to ensure, on the one hand, constant interaction with the company’s clients, and on the other, to create advantages over competitors. The article examines the work experience in this area of a specific business entity using modern communication capabilities of the Internet of one of the largest advertising and production companies in Khabarovsk, “Bot Garden” LLC.
