The value of the tax reforms in terms of economic modernization

A well-developed, theoretically and methodologically grounded, practically achievable fiscal policy particularly important in terms of economic modernization. It is at the stage of modernization transformation of economic, industrial, financial communications and relations there is an urgent need for a reasoned justification of the goals, priorities and objectives of fiscal policy, the development directions of its improvement both at the national and local levels. This article is dedicated to the improvement of taxation in the conditions of economy modernization.
