Importance of disturbances in blood agregation state system in development of cardiovascular diseases in conditions of physiological and accelerated ageing

Results of studying the platelets aggregation activity at patients with cardiovascular pathology against the physiological and accelerated aging are presented in article. The role of the increased aggregate readiness of platelets on emergence of cardiovascular complications is shown. It is revealed that are most subject to development of vascular complications are patients in average age group and elderly patients. It is noted that the greatest contribution to disturbances of platelet hemostasis is made by existence of blood circulatory system diseases complicating physiological aging and leading to considerable functional shifts in homeostatic balance.
