Value of the Nuremberg process for a legal regulation of ensuring the right for protection within criminal cases production

Purpose: A research of a role of the Nuremberg process in a legal regulation of ensuring the right for protection. Methodology: Historical and legal and formally legal methods were used. Results: It is established that the Nuremberg process exerted considerable impact on formation and development of the legal acts and norms regulating ensuring the right for protection in criminal legal proceedings adopted after its carrying out. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a certain scientific value as in it the urgent legal problem is considered.
