Endothelial NO synthase value (eNOS) atcardio-renal syndrome in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Background. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is known to be associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease to the same extent as diabetes mellitus or pre-existing coronary heart disease. The purpose of the study is to study the value of assessing endothelial NO synthase - eNOS in cardiorenal syndrome in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Research methodology: The research material is presented by analysis of data from 150 patients with type 2 diabetes with CHF and CKD stages 1-2. Research results. Based on the studies performed, we distributed 3 risk levels for the prognosis of the development of cattle: 1. Mild degree of risk - with the content of eNOS in the blood serum: from 186.7 to 1440.9 pg/ml, 2. Moderate degree of risk - with the content of eNOS in the blood serum from 20 to 186.7 pg/ml, 3. High risk - eNOS in the blood serum less than 10 pg/ml.
