The main purpose of the work is the study of morphological and functional changes in the fundus at all stages of diverticular disease, as in the literature is very little data on this issue. We studied 54 patients with various stages of diverticular disease is divided into 4 groups, depending on the clinical manifestations. Revealed that the growth of ocular symptoms observed with a worsening stage of diverticulosis, in the early light vasospasm, in the second stage - the single hemorrhage in the third stage, the old and fresh hemorrhage in the middle periphery areas of ischemia triangular shape. A study of the antioxidant system using the developed biochemical test developed at the department of surgical diseases № 2. The results are eye examination diverticular disease patients showed that the globe is also responsive to the pathological process in the intestine.
